We do not accept any offensive, rude, lewd or pornographic images and reserve the right to cancel any order that violates our policies.

For the 12-piece box, you may submit up to two images.

For the 20-piece box, you may submit up to three images.

Yes! You may select up to two flavors for the 12-piece box or three flavors for the 20-piece box.

Yes! The color of the printed macaron will always be in a light shade for best printing results while the bottom shell can be any color.

Please allow up to 7 days for your custom order to be processed.

As long as the image is clear and in dark colors, it'll print as is. Please follow the instructions for best results as we do not create samples for approval. Once we receive your order, it will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.

Since this is a custom product, you may not cancel your order once it is submitted.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom products.
